This online solution has been created by Atkins in collaboration with LoTAG to facilitate data collection, collation and processing for the production of the State of the City report in 2020 and subsequent years. To provide information for your borough or authority, please log in using the link at the top right of the page. Instructions on how to add data are available on each page to guide you through the process.

Completing the annual SoC Data Requests

This website is designed to collect all the data required for the State of the City Report (and replaces the previous MS Excel based Status Report). The majority of the information requested is the same as previous years, with some minor additions to help build and expand the content of the State of the City Report. This will also support authorities to complete the relevant ALARM survey data requests and avoid replication of effort.

The majority of the information required for this report should be readily available; where data is not available, please provide your best estimate. Based on previous feedback, we anticipate that it should take less than a day to complete the questionnaire.
